Women who Tri Harder

If you currently are a multi-sport female athlete and are looking for like-minded women who have families, jobs and real responsibilities, join other women in a summer of fun and workouts while learning how to train and compete in a triathlon. Women of all ages and athletic levels are invited to participate for scheduled workouts and socialization.

Joining the Women Who Tri is a way for you to experience fitness training in a fun, supportive, and encouraging way whether you are a first-timer, fitness enthusiast or veteran triathlete.

The Women Who Tri is a club lead by a team of knowledgeable and positive coaches who will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in triathlon, swimming, cycling, and living a fitness lifestyle. You can choose to participate at a level that you feel most comfortable. Multiple packages are available and can be viewed at www.tribabes.com.

In June of 2004, the Women Who Tri set their goals on another multi-sport event, The Watertown Adventure Challenge. This was no small undertaking. They came together new to adventure racing, training as a team to successfully completed the 12 hour course to finish in an astonishing 4th place over all.

The Women Who Tri adventure race team was coached and trained by Juli Lynch long time world class multi sport adventure racer / ultra-runner was all smiles with their great effort and finish. Event director Brian Weber stated, "They had a great coach, set achievable goals and worked together to overcome adapt and persevere. We look forward to their return for 2005."
