Downtown Milwaukee and the surrounding area will be the setting for the Downtown Milwaukee and the surrounding area will be the setting for the 6th annual Laacke & Joy/Mid-America Xtreme Urban Frog Adventure Race on Saturday, June 16th. This year’s presenting sponsors is Columbia Sportwear. Also sponsoring this year will be WTMJ-AM, Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin, Outpost Natural Foods and Midwest Airlines Vacations. A portion of the proceeds will go to The Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer (Macc Fund).

Wisconsin’s original urban race! Three-person co-ed teams will bike, in-line skate, stair climb, rappell off a four-story building, paddle on the Milwaukee River and experience mystery events. The race will take 5-7 hours. Experienced and first-times love it! We’ll have huge scwag to give a way including Yakima car top boxes, kayaks a trip from Midwest Airlines Vacations and more! Plus, we’ll have a big bash at the end!

Registration will be capped at 100 teams between this race and The Urban Tadpole so register early to reserve your space.
